Welcome to TutorPa! Before registering as a tutor, it's essential to acquaint yourself with the Terms and Conditions we operate under. These terms govern the provision of our Services to clients, covering essential details on our identity, service delivery, contract amendments, payment, termination procedures, and steps to address any issues that may arise. Your careful consideration of these terms before registration is greatly appreciated. TutorPa, referred to hereinafter as "TutorPa," "we," "us," or "our," offers home/online courses, academic subjects, and programs. These services are accessible through www.tutorpa.com. or social media pages.

These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") govern the relationship between TutorPa and the tutors (“Tutor“, "he","she", or "they") engaging in tutoring services.
The company engaged in the business of providing Home/Online Tutoring and Tuition Services (“Services”).
A client is any Student/Parents or any person introduced to a Tutor by the Company.
Accessing or using the Site or Services through the Website or social media pages signifies that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms, and to obtain our Services ("Terms of Services" or "Terms"). This applies whether you have registered on the Site or contacted us directly.
We recommend that you carefully review these Terms of Service before accessing or using the Site or Services. They hold significant information regarding your legal rights, remedies, and responsibilities.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you have no right to access or use the Site or Services. Your use of the Site or Services implies a binding agreement to these Terms of Service between you and TutorPa.
If, for any reason, you decide to terminate your agreement with TutorPa, a notice period of one month is required, especially if you are currently assigned to any tuition. Tutor is required to remit any outstanding sums to the Company.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
Upon registering as a tutor on our "tutor's registration form", your acknowledgment and consent to these Terms will be deemed effective. Your acceptance is confirmed when you officially register through our platform, signaling your commitment to adhere to the specified terms.
Registration
Registering as a tutor requires that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, obtaining consent from a parent or legal guardian is necessary.
To register for the services offered on TutorPa, you will need to provide specific details such as your name, postal address, email address, mobile/WhatsApp phone number, gender, and other relevant information.
TutorPa retains the right to decline or reject any registrations.
The information you provide should be as accurate as possible, and it is essential to refrain from furnishing false or inaccurate data that may mislead customers and TutorPa organizers.
Registered tutors validate the legitimacy of their tutoring services through our verification process, confirming the authenticity and validating that all details in their registration form are correct and truthful.
TutorPa reserves the right to deny the approval of any tutors and to revoke the verification of previously verified tutors, based on the discretion of TutorPa facilitators.
Registered Tutors are equipped with a unique "Referral Code" sent via email, allowing to share it with your friends and family through WhatsApp, Facebook, SMS, and Email. Upon successful enrollment of a new student referred by the tutor, a 5% Cash Bonus is credited to the Referral Tutor's account, based on the fee submitted for the subject or course by the newly registered student. Additionally, the newly registered student (Referred Student) also receives a 5% discount at the time of payment. Violation of the contract or failure to meet our conditions will be handled with utmost severity. We reserve the right to enforce our authority through the imposition of penalties or the cancellation of your registration.
Classes/Lessons
The demo class demands extra dedication and attention as it significantly impacts the parent's decision to invest in our services. Therefore, the first session is provided without payment to enhance its appeal to our customers. The minimum duration for a demo session is set at 45 minutes to 1 hour, and the link for the session should be shared at least 4 hours before its commencement. For home tuition, tutors are required to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start of the class.
Every tutor, whether they are new to the platform or already registered, has the responsibility to offer newly registered students a complimentary trial class. The content and topics covered during this free session should align with the student's preferences, and it is essential to clearly communicate these details to students before the start of the trial class.
Before initiating the trial class, TuturPa may request tutors to upload their scanned copies of essential documents, such as a recent degree/transcript, CNIC/SSN, photo, and related credentials. This careful validation is in place to maintain the high standards of tutoring excellence on the TuturPa platform.
Ordinarily, the contact details of teachers are not shared with students unless a teacher accepts a trial class request and explicitly expresses a desire to share their contact information for coordinating the inaugural lesson. This ensures a secure and controlled communication process, safeguarding the privacy of both teachers and students.
The tutor agrees to provide a two-day free trial. Generally, TutorPa offers one trial class unless the client explicitly requests a two-day free trial.
Home tutors will exclusively conduct lessons at the address specified in the client's registration form or as communicated in writing via email by the company. No classes will be conducted at a new address until TutorPa verifies and confirms it. This ensures clarity and adherence to the agreed-upon teaching location.
After each lesson, the tutor will provide a timesheet for student approval. This document will outline the specific lessons conducted during the session, ensuring transparency and accuracy in tracking the tutoring activities.
Interactive Learning
Registered Tutors has agreed to provide services to clients introduced to him by the Company.
During classes, Home/Online tutors are required to wear their TutorPa-issued Identity cards and display them when requested by parents/students.
It is essential for both tutors and students to keep the camera on during the class to facilitate an interactive learning approach. In the event that a student fails to do so, it is mandatory to report this to the parent or TutorPa management.
Tutor shall fulfill the online student's attendance and as well his own attendance for proof of regularity. It is a mandatory requirement to update attendance as per the recent policy. Class records must be systematically updated in the Google Sheet App shared with you within 24 hours after completing the class, including the topics covered. Failure to adhere to this timeline may result in penalties, or the class may not be considered. Any misleading or inaccurate updates, or manipulation of essential details, may lead to penalties and/or dismissal.
In the event of an emergency, class cancellation may be considered, provided that you inform the student and TutorPa management at least 3 hours in advance, and the class must be rescheduled and shall accept the timing schedule given by the parent/student happily for the same. Additionally, a valid reason for the emergency, along with proof, may be required.
In cases of emergency leave exceeding three days, tutors must inform both TutorPa and the students.
It is mandatory for tutors to conduct weekly tests, ensuring at least one test every two weeks, and to provide Monthly Progress Reports and feedback. These reports, in the prescribed format, must be shared with the TutorPa Coordinator and parents, including the student's feedback. Assigning homework promptly after each class, within 2-3 hours of class dismissal, is a requirement, and consistent evaluation of homework is essential.
Tutors are anticipated to refrain from engaging in personal activities, such as making calls or texting, during classes. The complete focus should be dedicated to the pupil and teaching. This practice is essential to showcase the formal and dedicated attributes of our tutors, positively influencing our brand reputation. In their interactions with the student/parent, tutors must strictly focus on discussing the study/performance avoid any other topics.
It is imperative to strictly adhere to these important rules for delivering lessons that yield tangible results. Your cooperation, performance, and feedback from clients will be instrumental in determining your appraisal and priority for future opportunities. We acknowledge and appreciate your passion and contribution to the success of TutorPa.
In case of a power outage or network issue, it is imperative to promptly inform TutorPa management and the parent/student through a phone call. This ensures that the scheduled class can be rescheduled promptly, avoiding unnecessary waiting. Failure to do so may result in a penalty equivalent to one-half of the session's fee.
Tutors are dedicated to maintaining transparency regarding their lessons and references. While TutorPa strives for accuracy in the information provided by tutors, we cannot guarantee its absolute precision. In the event that any information is later found to be inaccurate, the responsibility lies with the respective tutors. TutorPa disclaims any liability arising from inaccuracies in the information presented by tutors.
Engagement
The tutor's services are designed to provide TutorPa with the advantage of the tutor's proficiency in the agreed-upon subject area. This encompasses the tutor's commitment of time, attention, and abilities, ensuring the proper execution of the services as agreed upon.
The tutor is required to keep TutorPa™ informed about the progress of their performance of the services for each student on a weekly/monthly basis.
The tutor will conduct the services with due skill, diligently fulfilling their responsibilities, and exert their best efforts to advance the interests of TutorPa.
The tutor must proactively notify TutorPa™ of any additional tutoring or tuition requirements that are or may become pertinent. When interacting with both existing and potential students, it is imperative for the tutor to uphold a professional conduct as a representative. Additionally, staying well-informed about their availability is key to providing top-notch services.
TutorPa has the option to provide advice and guidance to the tutor after consultation with the client, as needed to facilitate the effective execution of the services.
The tutor is not allowed to engage in any inappropriate communication or share personal information with students.
The Tutor shall not misbehave with the parent/student and the employee of the Tutopa.
Payments
Once you have accepted a tutoring or demo class, the agreed-upon rate is final and not subject to negotiation, whether it is verbal or written.
The company is the sole entity authorized to collect fee installments from the client for the required subject/course or program. This unified approach ensures a straightforward and organized fee collection process. The payment to tutors will be based on the attendance sheet, if any entry is found to be misleading, TutorPa reserves the full right to withhold payment for that class.
The company holds no responsibility for any payment if a tutor continues or discontinues a class without obtaining permission from us.
Compensation is provided solely for classes where the student is present or for rescheduled sessions. No payment is made for additional classes.
In the event of a student's absence, payment will be compensated for up to three days, provided the student resumes attendance. Beyond this timeframe, compensation will not apply. This approach encourages consistent participation and ensures equitable treatment.
TutorPa's payment process for tutors is based on per hour, day, or month for tutoring services. When assigned to a student, the tutor's services start from the 1st day. Payment for the demo class is processed only when the student/parent agrees to register with us and concludes when the student completes the full set of classes. If there is no registration, no payment is made for the demo class.
Starting from the next payment cycle, tutor payments for services rendered in the previous month will be processed by the 15th of each month, through TutorPa payment methods.
If a student discontinues for any reason, the tutor's services will conclude correspondingly. Payment is specifically for classes where the student attended the last session.
The tutor is prohibited from disclosing their salary information to clients or any other parties.
The tutor will receive payment based on their attendance, calculated per hour or day. In the event of absence, a deduction from the per hour/day base salary will be applied.
TutorPa strictly prohibits tutors from directly collecting fee payments or commissions from clients on behalf of the company. Any involvement in such fraudulent activities may result in immediate dismissal from TutorPa services, and the company reserves the right to pursue legal action against such tutors.
Tutors who face dismissal will not be eligible to collect their salary.
In the unfortunate event of the company facing insolvency due to adverse circumstances or disasters, the company shall not be held liable for the remaining sums. It shall be considered a contribution to the company's well-being. However, when the company is in good standing, it is obligated to return all remaining sums.
Bonus and Rewards
Meeting all our criteria and adhering to our conditions may result in a commendable reward a bonus as recognition of your punctuality.
Any new clients acquired by the tutor will automatically become clients of the company and must be promptly reported. The tutor is strictly prohibited from providing tutoring services to any student who is not registered with TutorPa. Verification Process
To qualify as a verified tutor status, our responsibility includes thorough tutor verification. This process may involve checking or requesting 2 references from non-family members provided by the tutor. We reserve the right to seek all pertinent information and documents related to a tutor, conducting a comprehensive verification that includes scrutinizing the tutor's references and copies of relevant qualifications or authorizations.
Your commitment to transparency is valued. If a client requests TutorPa to provide a tutor's reference details and copies of relevant qualifications or authorizations, we pledge to furnish this information promptly. We may invoke this clause if client request us. This collaborative approach ensures that students have access to the necessary details for an informed and empowered learning experience.
Tutors have the option to request TutorPa for a student's reference details and copies of relevant qualifications or authorizations. We may invoke this clause if tutors request us to teach a verified student. Rest assured, we commit to promptly providing this information, fostering transparency in the tutor-student relationship.
Termination
Dismissal from TutorPa services may be implemented in cases of immoral conduct, misbehavior, incompetence, neglect of duty, substantial noncompliance with TutorPa terms, criminal convictions, insubordination, or fraud and misrepresentation. TutorPa retains the authority to enforce such decisions.
Adherence to all terms and conditions outlined by TutorPa is mandatory for the tutor. Failure to comply with any of these conditions may result in the termination of services.
TutorPa has the authority to promptly terminate this contract if the Tutor breaches or fails to perform any provisions stipulated in this agreement.
The termination of tutors by the company is within its discretion in scenarios where the Tutor disreputes the company, becomes insolvent, engages in a material breach of this contract, the client expresses material dissatisfaction with the services provided, or if the tutor fails to fully declare or falsifies details such as duty, commission, hours, or the number of students, as proven by the company's investigation. Hereof, the tutors or its representatives or executors will not have the right to receive any sums from the Company.
In the event of termination, the Tutor is prohibited from continuing to provide services to any clients of the company who still require assistance.
This Contract may be terminated by the company with a 2 weeks' notice, during which the Tutor is required to remit any outstanding sums to the Company.
Obligations on Termination of this Contract
Following the termination of the Tutor's engagement for whatever reason, the Tutor shall:
Give back to the company all correspondence, documents, papers, and any other property of the Company within the Tutor's possession or control. The tutor shall not retain any copies without obtaining the written consent of the company. If so requested, provide the company's HR manager with a signed statement confirming adherence to this requirement.
Commitment to Honor
As a Tutor on TutorPa, it is important to acknowledge that engaging in any actions that encourage or contribute to cheating or plagiarism by a student is strictly prohibited. Read More.
Confidentiality and Restrictions
Maintaining absolute confidentiality, the Tutor is bound to refrain from using or attempting to use any confidential information in a manner that may directly or indirectly cause injury or loss to the company or its clients;
The Tutor will use their best endeavors to ensure the confidentiality of information, working diligently to prevent its publication or disclosure, and;
The Tutor is committed to refraining from any actions that may harm the goodwill of the Company.
In any situation, the Tutor is prohibited from sharing personal information with other individuals or organizations without explicit permission, including public organizations, corporations, or individuals, unless mandated by law.
Privacy Commitment
Data Security Assurance: The security of member information is our top priority. At TutorPa, stringent measures are in place to safeguard all user data. It's important to note that TutorPa does not retain any data related to bank cards, ensuring an additional layer of financial security for our members.
Tutors' contact information is never sent to students except in the case where the tutor accepts a tutoring request, thus indicating that they wish to send their contact information to the student to organize the first class.

Changes or Amendments
We reserve the right to make changes or modifications in terms as required. In such cases, we may notify you and/or request your agreement. We encourage you to regularly review this page to stay informed about any alterations or updates to our privacy policy or terms and conditions.
Notices
All notices under this contract must be in written form, signed by or on behalf of the party issuing it, and can be delivered personally or sent via the 'Email' of the respective party.
Entire Contract and Variation
This contact contains the entire and only agreement between the parties, and both parties acknowledge that, on entering into this contract, they have not relied on any other written or oral representation or undertaking other than as expressly stated in this contract, and that this contract supersedes any previous contract or arrangement between the parties.
