After the first demo class, if you wish to continue with our tutor, you will need to confirm your choice by paying the full advanced fee payment according to the selected subject or course's fee plan. We offer a 100% money-back guarantee.
If you choose to continue, the first class will also incur charges.

Do NOT hand over any kind of Fees/Payments each month to any tutor/another person directly because TutorPa™ doesn't allow any tutor or person to get directly to get a fee if this happened TutorPa™ will not be responsible for any future events in that case.
Our all tutors are salaried employees with a unique Id, TutorPa™ gives them monthly handsome salaries. So don't give them a fee or other amount. If anyone asks or demands, you must inform us at Student/Parent Support Desk so for we could take action against them as soon as possible.
Tutors mark the student's attendance regularly and the TutorPa™ also keeps the attendance record for both student and teacher as well. If the Tutor is absent the TutorPa™ refunds the fee as per hour/day or adjusts this refunded amount with your next payment.
It is the responsibility of student and guardian to ensure that the student pitches to classes/sessions on time at the correct locations.
The following conditions apply to our moneyback guarantee
If the commencement of tutoring classes is hindered by factors such as the unavailability of the preferred tutor, TutorPa is committed to providing a 100% refund upon the client's request. We prioritize transparency and customer satisfaction in ensuring a seamless tutoring experience.
Once payment is made, if you opt to discontinue, the refund will be based on the number of completed classes up to that point. The refund amount will exclude the fees for the classes that have been conducted until that time. Your refund will be calculated accordingly, ensuring a fair assessment based on the services provided.
All refunds would be allowed before the 50% completion of tutoring classes/sessions each month; there shall be no refund after the completion of 50% of classes/sessions each month.
Every refund will be implemented with a 5 % to10% penalty; this would so if online transactions/ other payment transactions come at a commission that is charged by the bank. Take note that TutorPa™ cannot claim a refund from the bank when commission has been charged.
Every refund will be returned or issued to the customer after 30 working days.
Each refund will be debited to client’s account which the initial payment was made from.

Otherwise, TutorPa™ refunds the fee as per hour/day or adjusts this refunded amount with your next fee payment.
For academic programs structured on an hourly, daily (less than 3 days), or without a free trial basis, the fee amount is non-refundable.
Do note that once the trial class is confirmed with the tutor, you shall complete one full lesson before you can request a change of tutor or terminate the tuition. If you change your mind before the 1 st lesson commences, the fee for the first lesson may be charged as an administrative fee.
Students can terminate the class if the Tutor is not suitable and he/she may request to change the Tutor after the first lesson.
